About "The Art of Listening"

This intimate 4-hour workshop, open to all, is an intensive that includes practical tools for accessing and activating ones personal energy and vibratory attunement as expressed through sound and the voice, and extending beyond into life/wellness practices for creative longevity. Carlos and Anaïs draw from their personal creative practices of harmonic singing, rhythm play, inward and outward listening, improvisation, and embodiment exercises for joy and vitality. Grounded in ancestral spiritual embodiment practices, we'll explore ways to align with one's truthful tone, and apply our findings to the micro <> macro laboratory of harmonic singing.
